    5. Review: You'll provide feedback on the design concepts

    6. Iteration: We'll improve the designs based on your feedback

    7. Approval: We'll finalise the designs with your sign-off

    8. User Testing: When applicable, we'll collect feedback from real users or customers

  • Ready to begin? Here's what happens next:

    1. Project Setup: You'll complete a brand survey so we fully understand your vision

    2. Agreement: We'll confirm project details and pricing structure

    3. Assets: You'll provide access to your image library and social accounts

  • Content & Approvals

    • You provide all written content and images (must be copyright approved)

    • We'll handle basic captions, intros, and brand copy

    • You'll need to approve and proofread all final designs

    • Feedback and corrections should be provided electronically for clarity

    Pricing Options

    • Hourly Rate: We'll agree on an estimated number of hours per month with detailed time tracking provided

    • Project Quote: Alternatively, we can provide a fixed quote with a 50% deposit upfront

    Revisions

    • Design changes and new concepts can be accommodated at the agreed hourly rate

    • Each round of feedback counts as one revision

    We retain personal rights to use completed projects for our portfolio, design competitions, and educational purposes.
